WOW! What a difference a year makes in homes for sale in Aero Plantation! In the last 6 months, 5 homes have sold in Aero Plantation at an average sales price of $683,630. Sales prices ranged from $547,500 to $830,750. The average sold price per square foot was $165.47, and sellers received about 99% of their asking price. The average days on market was just 69 days.
This is in stark contrast to the real estate market in Aero Plantation in 2013. Last year, only 4 homes sold the entire year.
