I’ve heard many parents jokingly refer to middle school, in general, as the “black hole” of education, but that is certainly not true of Crestdale Middle School, which is a great middle school located in the Matthews area of South Charlotte NC! Despite the pre-teen angst, the challenge of “fitting in” in middle school, and students looking to find or create their own identities, Crestdale Middle School does a good job of nurturing its students and preparing them for the rigors of high school.

The faculty is distinguished as well, with 17 teachers who have been certified as National Board Certified Teachers, a rigorous advanced curriculum that can take up to 3 years to complete.
