In BCC, you’ll find a wide variety of homes, ranging from mid-scale to very large, custom estate homes. The neighborhood is situated around the 18-hole Rees Jones golf course, so there are plenty of golf course lots as well as homes overlooking beautiful ponds. Exterior finishes run the gamut from full brick to stone to hard stucco, and the architectural styles are quite varied.
Looking for a South Charlotte basement home? Ballantyne Country Club has some homes with spectacular full basements that are finished as nicely as the above-grade portion of the home! Many homes in BCC have gorgeous outdoor living spaces with resort-style pools, outdoor kitchens, spas, water features, decks and porches.
Ballantyne Country Club homes for sale range in price from $500,000 to $3 million and beyond! Most homes have at least 4 bedrooms, and many have six or more! You’ll find fine finishes on the interior – exactly what you would expect of a luxury country club community. HOA fees for the neighborhood are $570, semi-annually. These HOA fees do NOT cover membership/dues for the country club – those fees are separate!
In 2013, the average sales price was $780,000, with home values beginning to rise again after the market crash. This South Charlotte neighborhood is definitely on the rebound! Here is my real estate market report for Ballantyne Country Club for 2013.
