Providence Plantation Charlotte NC is definitely one of Charlotte’s most popular and highly sought-after neighborhoods.  The original developers wisely drew the plans to “fit the land,” and preserved the rolling terrain and beautiful trees that are the hallmark of Providence Plantation.  Over 1,200 homes make up this unique popular neighborhood in South Charlotte, and the attraction to the area remains strong.  Take a look at my video of Providence Plantation Charlotte NC – you’ll see why the neighborhood is so popular!
